Are prices VAT inclusive?

Listed prices exclude VAT; Saudi VAT of 15% is added on the final e-invoice.

How do payments work?

50% on scope approval and 50% on delivery, by local bank transfer or card.

Is hosting included?

Yes, hosting on our infrastructure is included during the support window, with an optional monthly operations contract afterwards.

Do I own the source code?

Business and Enterprise packages can include full source code handover and usage rights per the agreement.
